Thooloo™ was the least terrifying terror in the deep, and he was sick of it! Desperate to awaken the Great Sleeper and prove himself, he got his hands on the cursed tome of doom. Except one sneeze during the awakening ritual screwed the whole thing up! Instead of waking the Great Sleeper he cast a spell that left him tiny, squishy, and slightly stupid. How stupid? I mean, the guy wears a rain slicker… and he lives in water.
