  1. ORDERING & SHIPPING
    When will my order ship?

    Orders may take up to 7 business days to ship due to high demand and ongoing production. Every creature is carefully crafted before being released—we promise it’s worth the wait.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We do! Just email support@thecreatureporium.com to coordinate your international order.

    Can I pick up my order locally?

    Yes—local pickup is available! You can select the option directly at checkout and contact us directly to make arrangements at support@thecreatureporium.com

  2. PAYMENTS & DISCOUNTS
    What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Cash App Pay, and all major credit and debit cards.

    Can I use multiple discounts or coupons at once?

    No—discounts and coupons are one per order.

    Why did I earn fewer points when I used a coupon?

    Points are based on your final checkout total. If a discount is applied, there’s simply less to reward. Still worth it—but you’ll earn more on full purchases.

    How does the rewards program work?
    • Create an account
    • Earn 25 points for every $45 USD spent
    • Reach 100 points and unlock 10% off your next order
    Do I need an account to earn points?

    Yes, you must create an account to start earning and tracking points.

    Where do I redeem my points?

    You can redeem your points directly in your cart at checkout—if you’ve got them, you’ll see the option to convert them on your rewards tab.

    Do discounts or coupons affect the points I earn in a purchase?

    Yes. Since points are tied to your subtotal after discounts, using a coupon means you’ll collect a bit less. You can track your points anytime by logging into your account and checking the Rewards tab.

  4. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
    Are all your items handmade?

    Absolutely. Each piece is handcrafted with care and detail. No two creatures are exactly alike.

    What’s the difference between pre-order and retail?

    Pre-order means you’re claiming a piece before it’s finished or ready to ship. Retail means it’s already made and ready to ship out right away.

  5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
    Do you offer returns or refunds?

    All sales are final—choose wisely. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations through the site.

    That said, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out. We’ll summon a replacement creature to make things right.

  6. CUSTOM PIECES & COLLABS
    Do you offer custom pieces?

    We don’t do custom work or commissioned pieces—our creations crawl into existence on their own terms.

    Are you open to licensing or collaboration requests?

    We aren’t offering licensing or collab opportunities at this time, but we appreciate the love from fellow monster-makers.

  7. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
    How to Become an Affiliate
    1. Create an account (if you don’t already have one).
    2. Go to “My Account”.
    3. Navigate to the “Affiliate Dashboard” tab.
    4. Click “Affiliate” and wait for authorization.
    5. Once approved, your Affiliate Dashboard will be fully accessible.
    6. Share your referral link or use your Affiliate Coupon (enterable by customers at checkout).
      • Note: The affiliate coupon cannot be combined with other coupons.
    7. Begin earning commissions when others use your link or coupon code.
    8. Once your total commissions reach $500 USD, you can redeem store credit at checkout.
    Are coupons stackable?

    No. Coupons cannot be combined—only one coupon can be applied per order.

    Can I earn commission on my own orders?

    No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.

    When is commission calculated?

    Only after the referred order is marked as “Completed.”

    Is this the same as the Rewards Program?

    No. They are separate. As an affiliate, you can still earn points from purchases under the Rewards Program—but not commissions from your own orders.
